  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other e-commerce/live streaming channels.
  • Set up and operate live streaming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
  • Monitor live sessions, ensuring smooth streaming with minimal technical disruptions.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, Q&A, and interactive activities to boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with hosts, influencers, and content creators to ensure high-quality live content.
  • Analyze live stream performance and suggest improvements to increase viewership and sales.
  • Provide real-time customer support during and after live streams, addressing inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
  • Manage customer interactions across live chat, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and assist customers with post-purchase concerns.

Requirement

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • any Education
  • prefer Mandarin as stock system is mandarin language

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
