Job Description:
We are looking for a Korean Speaking BPO Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a Native Korean speaker, you will act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Korean-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department or management team.
