Fresh Grad Customer Service (6 months/ 1 year contract)
Client: Japanese Financial Provider
Location: Bandar Utama (reachable by MRT)
Working hour & days: 8am-5:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
•To handle administrative and ad hoc tasks such as customer request for HP Agreement, registration card, help to wrap loyalty merchandize to send to customers, to archive the Insurance policies
•Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Min SPM holder
•Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply
•Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
