  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To assist with managing growing community of fans on social spaces
  • Assist in community management and correspondence with customers
  • Handles internal escalation of feedbacks and follow ups required
  • Update necessary records and prepare reports required for internal review
  • Monitor digital movements and happenings of competitors in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines

Role Requirements

  • Completed / Currently pursuing Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications / Journalism / Public Relations or related
  • Good command of language & copywriting skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Interest or experience in customer service will added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Able to commit more than 3 months
  • Willing to based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
