As a Plant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership: Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production capacity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Production Management: Ensure timely delivery of products by overseeing production schedules, workforce planning, and equipment utilization.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce industry standards (ISO, IPC, etc.), regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality.
- Cost & Budget Management: Monitor operating budgets, control costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising productivity.
- Team Development & Leadership: Lead, train, and develop plant employees, fostering a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and goals.
- Supplier & Customer Coordination: Work closely with procurement, suppliers, and customers to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Safety & Risk Management: Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing, SMT processes, automation, and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, IPC standards, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive performance, and manage large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address production challenges and process inefficiencies.
- Customer & Supplier Engagement: Experience in handling key customers, supplier negotiations, and driving supplier quality improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies for process optimization.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: Up to RM16,000.00 per month
