  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

(A) Quality Control

  • Manage and coordinate the quality teams of IPQC, IQC, OQC, Lab, Calibration, Reliability, KPI and product/process analyst to ensure raw material, products and finished goods meet the quality standard.
  • Act as behalf of the company to coordinate/ liaise with supplier for all issues regarding quality.
  • Drive the quality improvements activities.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of quality control system and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Prepare the monthly scrap report and lead the related departments to do the improvement of scrap.
  • In charge of local supplier quality audit and monitoring their performance.
  • Support of customer complaint corrective and preventive action improvement.
  • Support for the packaging material design.
  • Lead the change control and validation of process, product, material, supplier, machine.

(B) Reliability Test

  • Monitoring reliability test and trend.
  • Work with MFT, PIE, Engineering & Production for the failure analysis for improvement.
  • Review and monitoring all the testers condition and requirements.
  • Work with MFT, PIE, Production and Engineering for product & project improvements.

(C) Administration

  • To plan and organize manpower and system requirements to ensure products comply with specification.
  • Facilities appropriate training for staffs and new staffs recruit.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Master in Science or Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 9 year(s).
  • Have experience in SPC, MSA, GD&T, FMEA, Control Plan.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capability.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to join immediately is advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,313.30 - RM13,000.77 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
