Maintaining safety and food quality standards. 4. Manage guest’s complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety. 6. Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed. 7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 8. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
