In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of both our users and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product innovation, deliver value, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders (executives, marketing, sales, and other teams) to align the product strategy with business goals and priorities. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions. Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery and post-launch support. Define detailed product requirements (user stories, features, specifications) and prioritize them based on customer value and business impact. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development. Manage product iterations and feature releases based on feedback, user testing, and performance data. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs for product features and initiatives. Lead product demos, training, and customer-facing communications to ensure the product is understood and effectively used. Customer and Market Research: Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and other research to gather insights on pain points, needs, and expectations. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Advocate for the customer by ensuring product decisions are aligned with their needs and delivering excellent user experience. Performance Tracking and Improvement: Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success of the product in the market (e.g., user adoption, engagement, revenue impact). Collect, analyze, and interpret feedback and performance data to inform future product decisions and continuous improvement. Drive A/B testing and other methods to optimize product features. Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Ensure successful product launches by coordinating all teams involved and ensuring smooth execution. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or tech industry. Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle. Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Skills: Strong understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Technical understanding of the product development process, including familiarity with design, engineering, and testing practices. Preferred: Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Experience in a specific domain (e.g., recruitment, e-commerce, SaaS) is a plus. Experience with UX/UI principles and working with design teams.
