As an IAM / Security Engineer, you will work on a wide variety of challenging IAM solution implementation and consulting assignments, advising clients from different industries. Your main responsibilities will include: • Advise clients on IAM and Security best practices and to be SME for IAM and Security, both internally within H-Kare and externally for the clients • Conduct scoping workshops and understanding of client’s challenges & pain points • Identify and develop value propositions • Develop assessment approach, methodologies, and work programs • Develop technical solution write-up • Prepare and setup technical proof-of-concept • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations • Provide effort estimation • Conduct requirement workshops • Design technical solutions • Analyse and provide recommendations according to best/industry practices • Develop Unit Test and SIT Test Cases • Install and configure IAM / Security products and application integrations • Develop integration modules, extensions, or customizations for IAM products • Develop scripts and tools for data migration (data checking, cleansing, transformation, merging, loading, reconciliation) • Develop documentations (requirement, design, test, guides, etc.) Your experience and skills Candidates applying for this challenging position must possess/be: • About 7 to 10 years of experience in IAM / Security implementation or consulting domain. Based on the experience, suitable role will be offered. • Hands-on technical project experience in any/ some of the following technologies: • IAM software products (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure, ForgeRock, SailPoint) • Security domain (e.g., DLP, Database Monitoring, SIEM, Threat Intel/Management, Risk Dashboard, Vulnerability Scanning/Management) • Java/J2EE software development (Backend) including JavaScript/HTML/JSP/JSF/ AngularJS/Etc (Frontend) • Web Server (e.g., Apache HTTPD, IIS, Oracle HTTP Server, IBM HTTP Server) installation, configuration, hardening and performance optimization is good to have. • Development or configuration experience in integration technologies such as SSL/TLS, REST and Web-Service (SOAP) • High-availability implementation and configuration in IAM / Security products, web servers, application servers, directories, and database servers • Performance testing and tuning in IAM / Security products, web servers, application servers, directories, and database servers • Any certification is an added advantage.
