Mandatory Skills:  Hands on experience on Webex Meetings.  Design and providing solutions to HCS environment for end-to-end collaboration deployment.  Troubleshooting on the third-party integrations like VOSS-4UC, E-Gain products.  Creating tailored architecture to customers for third party integrations.  Troubleshooting Video and Voice related issue for Telepresence Calls.  Troubleshooting and configuration on CUCM, IMP, Unity Connection, UCCX and Gateways.  Configuration and solving issues related to CUCM, TMS, TPS, Conductor, CMS and Telepresence endpoints to enable voice and video calling.  Configuration and Troubleshooting of Mobile and Remote Access on Expressway-Core, Expressway-Edge, CUCM and DNS Servers.  Configuration and Troubleshooting for Cisco Telepresence Immersive and Non-Immersive devices to enable telepresence call capability.  Handling team and pertaining training to the team with new skills.  Handling escalations for CAP and RRR customer accounts.  Working as mediator between partners and BU for defect and research related issues.  Working on Techzone for creating technical documents which can be taken as reference at the time of troubleshooting.  Working on the IC-Digitization to automate the issue detection from the logs automatically.  Giving Process and Product training for new joiners and make them competent.
