- Develop, manage, and monitor content for clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu.
- Create engaging and on-brand visual content, requiring basic design skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva is a plus).
- Implement and update social media posting schedules, promotions, and event content.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Interact with clients daily to understand their requirements and provide timely updates and feedback.

- Conduct influencer outreach for clients, negotiate terms and pricing, and manage relationships with influencers.
- Be prepared for occasional after-hours responses due to the flexible and remote nature of the job.
- Possess minimum Certificate/Diploma or above
- Can speak in English and Mandarin
- Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
- Have the entrepreneurial in your approach and savvy value-added thinker
- Industry knowledge: Web 2.0 and social media related platforms, technologies, applications, development and challenges
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practises
- Energetic, digital savvy and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities ( Facebook, Instagram XiaoHongShu is a must
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setup.
- Experience in influencer outreach, including negotiating terms and pricing.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and value-added approach to problem-solving.
- Possess knowledge of social media tools (ie: SEO, SEM, etc) is advantageous
