- 确保产品定价、标签和展示正确无误(无论是在店内还是线上)。
- 定期走访门店,评估产品陈列情况并发现改进机会。
- 处理与产品质量、交付或供应商绩效相关的问题。

Job Summary:
The Procurement Merchandiser will be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring effective product presentation to drive sales. This role requires a blend of procurement expertise and merchandising skills to ensure the right products are available at the right time, price, and place. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure products from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Plan and execute product displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform procurement and merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align procurement and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure products are priced, labeled, and displayed correctly in stores or online.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement, merchandising, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, procurement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the fashion / apparel retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
