Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Business Partnering and Commission Management

· Commission Software Administration: Manage the monthly administration of Xactly Incent, including onboarding new employees, processing terminations, updating hierarchies, and adjusting quotas and on-target earnings to ensure accurate commission calculations.

· Quarterly Reconciliation of Bookings/Revenue Crediting: Conduct thorough reconciliation between Bookings/Revenue credits and the Data Warehouse each quarter. Since crediting is not fully automated, manual adjustments are necessary to ensure accurate quota assignments in line with plan components. This requires:

o Extensive research, communication, and coordination with Sales and Order Administration teams to verify credit allocations.

o Preventing double crediting and ensuring the validity of orders and salesperson assignments.

o Maintaining detailed and organized documentation to meet auditing requirements.

· Quarterly Commission Payments: After finalizing credits, prepare and assess quarterly commission payments, providing comprehensive reports for management review. Upon approval, ensure timely processing and routing of payments to Payroll in accordance with established guidelines.

Annual Plan Documentation & Quota Management

· Quota Setting and Validation: Coordinate the annual quota-setting process, ensuring targets are accurately disseminated and aligned with sales objectives.

· Incentive Data Integration: Merge Human Resources incentive data with Sales quota data and individual plan components to ensure alignment and personalization of compensation plans.

· Plan Distribution and Approval: Manage the routing of finalized plans for managerial approval and ensure accurate tracking of plan sign-offs.

· Contract Finalization and Secure Sharing: Ensure approved plans are properly documented and stored within the Spectrum system for secure access and compliance.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in sales commission management, financial analysis, or incentive compensation administration.

Skills

· Experience in Xactly Incent or similar commission management software is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.

· Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with Sales, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams
