Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Prepare HR documents (eg, confirmation letter, employment contracts, warning letters).
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Support in collecting data for payroll processing including overtime and attendance.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave system.
  • Handle employee onboarding documentations and programs.
  • Ensure performance appraisal forms are completed on time.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Address employees’ concerns or grievances and resolve minor employee disciplinary cases.
  • Provide HR services (eg, work passes, uniform, name cards, season parking).
  • Support HR Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 2 to 3 years of HR or Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a good sense of accuracy.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong presenter with story-telling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,120.00 per month
