Job Descriptions:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
- Prepare HR documents (eg, confirmation letter, employment contracts, warning letters).
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Support in collecting data for payroll processing including overtime and attendance.
- Administer employee benefits and leave system.
- Handle employee onboarding documentations and programs.
- Ensure performance appraisal forms are completed on time.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.
- Address employees’ concerns or grievances and resolve minor employee disciplinary cases.
- Provide HR services (eg, work passes, uniform, name cards, season parking).
- Support HR Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 2 to 3 years of HR or Administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a good sense of accuracy.
- A positive attitude with the ability to solve problems and work independently.
- Strong analytic skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
