- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding and induction programs.
- Address employee concerns, manage employee relations, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
- Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and manage training budgets.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements, potentially including ISO standards.
- Support the payroll process and manage employee benefits programs.
- Manage office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
- Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage travel and expense procedures.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards within the HR and Admin department.
- Ensure that HR processes are well-documented and compliant with ISO requirements.
- Support internal audits related to HR and administrative functions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR and administrative processes to enhance ISO compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in HR and administration, ideally with experience in ISO-related roles.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and best practices is a plus.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
