  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding and induction programs.
  • Address employee concerns, manage employee relations, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
  • Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and manage training budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements, potentially including ISO standards.
  • Support the payroll process and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
  • Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage travel and expense procedures.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards within the HR and Admin department.
  • Ensure that HR processes are well-documented and compliant with ISO requirements.
  • Support internal audits related to HR and administrative functions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in HR and administrative processes to enhance ISO compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in HR and administration, ideally with experience in ISO-related roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
