We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Admin to manage our stock records, inventory accuracy, and warehouse coordination. If you enjoy working with numbers, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth stock operations, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy and proper stock levels.
  • Stock Monitoring & Control: Track incoming and outgoing stock, conduct stock checks, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock movement.
  • Order Processing Support: Assist in stock allocation for sales orders and coordinate with sales and purchasing teams.
  • Stock Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular stock audits, prepare inventory reports, and highlight discrepancies.
  • System Data Entry: Accurately input stock data into inventory systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Damage & Return Management: Handle stock adjustments for damaged, returned, or defective goods.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse administration (preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management systems.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
