Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR-related sourcing activities, including identifying potential candidates and managing databases.
  • Perform candidate pre-screening activities to identify the right talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Participate in interview coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Learn and assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Assist in managing and creating content for our social media platforms to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 per month
