
Customer Service Executive
Job Summary :
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, including calls, emails, and live chats, for Mobile, Cable TV, and Recontract services. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, managing subscriptions, processing contract renewals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1 Customer Interaction
- Manage inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and live chats related to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with subscription-related issues (Mobile, Cable TV, and Recontract).
- Resolve billing, contract, payment, and device-related concerns promptly and professionally
2 Contract Management
- Follow up with customers regarding the extension, renewal, or termination of contracts.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer records in the system.
3. Complaint Handling & Service Quality
- Develop and manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management for further resolution.
4. Performance & Compliance
- Ensure achievement of KPI and SLA targets.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)
- 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts)
Skills and Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- SPM levers and above encourage to apply.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, as the role involves managing clients from the Greater China region.
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions professionally.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
