Business Analyst- IT Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Define and oversee the project scope. • Engage in low-code development, with expertise in C# MVC and ASP.NET for web applications, including functional design, prototyping, testing, and other implementation tasks. • Proficient in SQL Server, IIS, and Windows Server. • Skilled in API development and integration (RESTful services, SOAP). • Identify and address project issues, managing risks effectively. • Control project timelines and resources. • Support, analyze, and resolve reported issues and service requests. • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking activities against the plan and providing regular, accurate reports. • Understand the impact on processes, people, and technology. • Ensure quality control measures are in place. • Escalate project issues when necessary. • Participate in project meetings to provide clarity and guidance between stakeholders and vendors on the functional solution design specifications. • Develop test cases and scripts to verify that delivered IT systems meet the specified functional solution design. • Analyze, assess impact, prioritize, and update the functional solution design document for any additional change requests from business users. • Work actively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and business rules. • Develop functional solution design specifications that incorporate features and flows meeting the bank's compliance, security, and data governance policies and standards. • Manage and support BCP/DRP activities, review penetration test results, and collaborate with vendors to resolve or mitigate risks. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must hold a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in software development/support or IT project management. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills. • Innovative, creative, and analytically strong personality. • Relevant experience in product/platform development and management, business process improvement, and project management. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Experienced from banking or any financial institution will be added advantage
