Job Title : Engineering Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator (Full Time) Requirements :- Qualification : Diploma and above Experience : Fresh graduates / Juniors (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering field will be an advantage) Language : Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa. Software Skills : Microsoft Office, Solidworks & AutoCAD Able to perform under minimum supervision, responsible, good time management & communication skills. Own transport Responsibilities :- Engineering Drawing Coordination : Review and process engineering drawings, ensuring that they are sent to the appropriate suppliers for fabrication in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Supplier Sourcing & Price Optimization : Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate prices & select the most cost-effective options while maintaining product quality and project requirements. Supplier Relationship Management : Actively monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, managing any delays or issues that may arise during the procurement process. Inventory Management : Oversee and manage the engineering store inventory, maintaining accurate records of stock movements (in/out). Perform annual stock counts, track inventory levels, and initiate restocking for low-quantity items to ensure uninterrupted supply. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
