Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Manage ad spend budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
  • Develop A/B tests to identify highest-performing ad concepts
  • Work closely with design/creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Generate innovative content ideas for social media platforms including YouTube (long-form), TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Plan and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar across all platforms
  • Schedule and publish content regularly to grow our social media presence
  • Develop compelling copywriting for ads, social posts, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with teams to create engaging content that showcases our AI marketing platform

Customer Engagement & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer inquiries coming through social media channels
  • Create comprehensive reports on marketing performance metrics
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Track key performance indicators related to customer acquisition and engagement

Growth & Innovation

  • Research and implement new marketing strategies to reach real estate professionals
  • Support the development and execution of webinars, sales funnels, and lead magnets
  • Contribute to offline event marketing strategies
  • Experiment with new marketing approaches to identify what drives the best results

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing messages
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing) as our major target audience is Mandarin-speaking
  • Experience planning and executing social media content strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for work efficiency
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in real estate marketing or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Willingness to appear in video content (bonus)
  • Previous experience using CRM systems for customer management
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques
  • Experience developing and executing webinar marketing strategies
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation tactics
