Part 2: Managing the Digital Marketing for Retail Stores Key Responsibilities: • Retail Digital Marketing Strategy: o Conduct research and analyze market trends, keyword trends, and competitors to create targeted digital marketing content. o Develop, execute, and manage content strategies for retail social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). o Coordinate the development of digital marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement. o Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, boost sales, and increase brand awareness. o Develop and manage monthly content calendars for retail stores, ensuring content is balanced between promotions, education, and customer engagement. o Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). o Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance. o Create and manage newsletters, promotional emails, and CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement. o Oversee online community management, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to build customer loyalty. o Work with influencers and brand stylists to develop engaging content, ensuring alignment with retail brand values. o Develop strategies to enhance the online presence of retail stores while maintaining consistent brand messaging. o Stay updated on retail marketing trends and identify opportunities to differentiate from competitors. o Execute real-time social media coverage for key retail events such as product launches, sales, or seasonal promotions. o Explore and integrate AI-driven tools to optimize content, analyze data, and automate repetitive tasks in digital marketing. ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in social media management, content creation, and video production. • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Analytics. • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword trends, and content optimization strategies. • Experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns. • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, production, design). • Creative thinker with the ability to stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative strategies. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle ad-hoc duties as required. • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for content optimization, predictive analytics, and automation is a plus.
