Vacancy: Dietician (International School), Nusajaya, Johor

Salary: RM2500-RM2800 (depends on experience)

· Develop balanced, nutritious, and appealing meal plans for students and staff.

· Ensure meals comply with nutritional standards and accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., allergies, cultural preferences).

· Conduct workshops or presentations on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and wellness for students, staff, and parents.

· Promote awareness of balanced nutrition in school programs and activities.

· Evaluate individual dietary needs for students or staff with specific medical conditions or preferences.

· Provide one-on-one consultations when necessary to address specific nutritional concerns.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

· Work with the cafeteria team to ensure meals meet set standards.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to design menus that are both nutritious and cost-effective.

· Review and approve recipes, ensuring they align with dietary guidelines.

· Monitor the quality and nutritional value of meals served.

· Collect feedback from students, staff, and parents to continuously improve meal offerings.

· Maintain accurate records of food inventory, dietary consultations, and meal plans.

· Prepare reports on nutritional programs and their outcomes.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dietetics, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.

· Experience in menu planning and dietary consultation.

· Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic nutrition software.

· Language: Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
