Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate communication with candidates and maintain applicant tracking systems
    • Create and maintain a filing system for candidates (softcopy & hardcopy)
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Help prepare new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
    • Assist in collating onboarding paperwork for Finance & Payroll
    • Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital) while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Contribute to planning team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee performance metrics.
    • Assist in maintaining performance-related records and reports.
  • Compliance & Policies:
    • Assist in updating HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
    • Support documentation for audits or reporting requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage HR inbox inquiries and route them appropriately.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for HR weekly meetings.
