We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assitant eCommerce Manager to join our Commercial team. This role plays a vital part in the success of our product assortment, campaign execution, supplier relationships, and inventory planning and purchasing. You will work closely with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure we have the right products, at the right price, in the right quantity—at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Commercial Management
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, promotions, terms, and payment cycles.
- Manage vendor relationships to support business growth and exclusive collaborations.
- Coordinate timely onboarding of new products, including asset collection and listing.
Inventory Planning & Purchasing
- Own weekly/monthly inventory purchasing cycles across assigned categories.
- Forecast demand and place orders based on sales trends, campaign plans, and seasonality.
- Ensure healthy stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Track and meet inventory KPIs such as stock cover, inventory turnover, and OOS rate.
Assortment Planning
- Propose new product additions based on category strategy and customer insights.
- Maintain a balanced assortment of top-sellers, hero SKUs, and niche products.
- Review slow-movers and coordinate markdowns or delistings.
Category Analysis
- Monitor category performance (sales, margins, returns, sell-through rates).
- Generate regular reports to track trends and highlight action points.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify pricing or assortment gaps.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute supplier-funded campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
- Ensure products are ready for campaigns with correct pricing, stock, and visuals.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
