  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and manage administrative documents.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of HR foreigner manpower functions and duties, including monitoring and checking work permit validity and renewals.
  • Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers.
  • Coordinate foreign worker quota applications with relevant government agencies and appointed agents.
  • Attend to all matters related to foreign workers' affairs, including work permit management, medical examination (FOMEMA), and foreign workers’ insurance schemes.
  • Manage all aspects of expatriate employment, including overseeing the application and renewal process for Employment Passes (EP), handling visa and immigration documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Provide HR-related reports as needed and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage employee claims, insurance matters, and staff welfare, including accommodation and facilities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Candidate with a Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Able to speak in English
  • Experience in managing HR functions for a manufacturing workforce
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations
  • Willing and able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
