Requirements
- 1 year of experience in marketing operations, content posting and management, or related fields (entry-level candidates with relevant skills are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of website function monitoring, CMS platforms, and content publishing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and troubleshoot website issues (e.g., broken links, display issues, content errors, slow-loading pages).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High profeciency in English and Mandarin
- Understanding website structure and how various elements (e.g., pages, navigation, redirects) interact to create a smooth user experience is a plus.
