- Contact prospective clients via phone to promote SME banking products and services
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong telemarketing and sales background, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and responsive
- Must have own transport for occasional site visits, if required
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
- Working hours: 9:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Weekdays only)
