- Assist users via live chat, and/or email support, addressing a wide range of technical issues, including system errors, account-related concerns, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Collect feedback from users regarding their experience, identifying common pain points or potential improvements in the service or product.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to relay user feedback and assist in the resolution of recurring issues or bugs.
- Foster positive customer relationships by maintaining a patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach, ensuring user satisfaction at all stages of the support process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve knowledge of the system and customer service skills.
- 1+ years of customer support experience in a technical or service-oriented role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
