  • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to relay user feedback and assist in the resolution of recurring issues or bugs.

  • 1+ years of customer support experience in a technical or service-oriented role is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
