The HR Compliance Assistant (CW) will support the Global HR Compliance Lead/Team in administrative task related to Policy Review, Audit, Legislation Changes review and other administrative and reporting task related to Global HR Compliance.

Details:

  • Working Location: Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
  • Employment: 3 to 6 months contract. (Might be extended based on projects and performance)

Responsibilities

  • Audit and Compliance: Provide administrative support to HR Compliance Lead and as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the documentation and review of HR policies to promote compliance and reduce risk.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and findings.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in various compliance-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR compliance or a related area is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

Work Environment

  • The HR Compliance Assistant (CW) will work in an office setting with the potential for remote work, depending on company policy.
