Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and Airlines support requests via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and troubleshooting steps.
Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
