Responsibilities:

  • Preparing food to the customer.
  • To prepare and cook dishes efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
  • To do plating before delivering the item to the customer.
  • To ensure the food arranging based on the ordering number.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • To Keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during the closing.
  • To keep all stock and labelling the date accordingly to maintaining the freshness.
  • To ensure the product can produce as and when needed.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the item used for cooking.
  • Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly.
  • To refill all raw material or food product.
  • Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
