Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by initiating and managing outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products/services, and creating high-value sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans, including follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, market insights, and performance analysis to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
