Internship Outcomes

Internship Details
- Allowance: RM 900.00 – RM 1,000.00 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
- Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Office Location: Sunway Velocity (10-minute walk from Cochrane MRT Station)
Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resume and scheduling interview via calls or WhatsApp, including reaching out to candidates for interview invitations and conducting post-interview follow-ups.
- Assist in monitoring and checking attendance.
- Asist in organizing orientation arrangements.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR data records.
- Assist in managing social networking and job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and MyFutureJobs.
- Assist with asset stocktaking processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including the filing and sorting of documents.
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
