Internship Outcomes

Internship Details

  • Allowance: RM 900.00 – RM 1,000.00 per month
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Office Location: Sunway Velocity (10-minute walk from Cochrane MRT Station)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening resume and scheduling interview via calls or WhatsApp, including reaching out to candidates for interview invitations and conducting post-interview follow-ups.
  • Assist in monitoring and checking attendance.
  • Asist in organizing orientation arrangements.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR data records.
  • Assist in managing social networking and job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and MyFutureJobs.
  • Assist with asset stocktaking processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including the filing and sorting of documents.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
