About the role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at vital international point sdn. bhd. in Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior management, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Handle a wide range of correspondence, including drafting emails, letters and other communications
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry and document preparation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve queries
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the leadership team
What we're looking for
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Candidate with finance background will have extra advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
