  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Review Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Financial Reporting of Investments, Associates and Subsidiaries.
  • Preparation & submission of the group consolidated financial statement as per GAAP/IFRS Standards.
  • Lead and manage the Business Partners of the subsidiaries within the Group.
  • Analysis of performance and variances for monthly, quarterly and budget reports.
  • Review and reconcile to the Group Intercompany Balances.
  • Prepare & review Group’s Financial Performance and Cashflow Position.
  • Prepare financial projections for bank facility or loan applications
  • Manage bank’s queries and annual review;
  • Provide insights on new projects & prepare financial simulations.
  • Liaise with internal auditors, manage Group's audit, prepare Group and Holding Company's Audited Financial Statement and liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audits.
  • Liaise with tax consultants on Corporate Income Tax and tax estimation (CP204/CP204A) and tax agents to manage/ resolve tax compliance.
  • Manage tax & prepare Tax Computation, Deferred Taxation of the Group, Tax planning, Compliance and Reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess a Bachelor's / Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
  • CPA, ACCA or CA will be a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience is required for this role.
  • At least 2 years of exposure in audit will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Accounting Standard.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Needs to be a strong team player, flexible, meticulous and possess analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Should be proactive, able to work independently, solve urgent matters and work under pressure when required.
