Receptionist
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
· Manage reception area, including answering calls, receiving goods, and assisting visitors
· Organise meeting rooms, maintain meeting schedule, replenish mineral water, and ensure overall tidiness
· Oversee office repairs such as addressing broken light bulbs, doors, water leaks
· Record printer usage, order toner, and manage related tasks
· Monitor staffs’ attendance records
· Supervise office cleaners to ensure cleanliness standards
· Maintain office cleanliness including restroom
· Obtain quotations for stationery and inventory, raise purchase requisition and purchase order
· Manage pantry inventory, restock items such as coffee and tea
· Handle Courier services, including preparing consignment notes for GDEX and coordinate parcel pickups
Requirement
· SPM or related field
· Proficiency in filing documents accurately for easy retrieval
· Ability to proofread written materials for accuracy and clarity
· Experience with front desk operations including managing phone systems
· Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
· Office management skills to ensure smooth office operations
· Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
