  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of production workers
  • Ensure the team is properly trained, equipped, and motivated to meet production targets.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the production team to communicate goals, challenges, and solutions.
  • Production Planning and Scheduling:
  • Coordinate with the production planning team to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Ensure that production deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen challenges.
  • Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Monitor production processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Address any deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
  • Enforce adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members are trained on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Inventory and Materials Management:
  • Ensure that materials and components are available for production without causing overstock or shortages.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and purchaser to track inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including output and piece rate record.
  • Document and report any operational issues and escalate them when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
