Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct facility tours, explaining the benefits and features of the gym.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with members to ensure high retention rates.
- Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with gym offerings, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract processing and payment handling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Basic knowledge of fitness and health is a plus.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
