Job Responsibilities

1. To plan, design, setting up and operating of the Bakery outlet in accordance to the latest market trend and concept.

2. To lead and contribute expertise to the outlet bakery team members (bakery outlet person-in-charge, bakers and/or front line staffs

3. To plan and implement new product improvement and product cost down.

4. Monitor and check quality of samples and ingredients used according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and food safety standards.

5. Conduct and coordinate training of production and outlet staffs throughout the process of product launching.

6. Creating new and exciting recipe to enrich the products variety.

7. Effectively manage the inventory control, costing and sale of the items produced.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts or equivalent with at least 3~5 years working experience in Bakery Industry.

· Preferably candidates with sound baking experience in bread, bun and donut. Baking experience in cake & loaf and sweet desserts are an added advantage.

· Possesses with knowledge in setting-up and managing of bakery outlets and creating of new recipes.

· Able to work at Kuala Terengganu and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

· Positive attitude and sales-orientated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
