Technical Consulting and Sales Support
- Identifies customer’s business needs, challenges, and maps to our proposed solutions.
- Work with client requirements regarding capacity needs and timing; coordinate those requirements with our capabilities.
- Supporting presales activities, particularly with the hyperscale cloud customers, enterprise and SME customers.
- Co-ordinates with internal stakeholders and consolidate response for RFP/RFI packages.
- Possesses above average industry knowledge and familiarity with the competitive landscape.
- Provides full support for assigned customers and demonstrate a proactive approach to meet the customers’ needs.
- Capable of leading and conducting site tours.
- Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 5-year experience on data centers or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Drive for continuous improvement.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
