Job Description

Financial Management & Tax Compliance

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and oversee financial strategies, forecasting, and cost-control measures.
  • Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Singapore and Malaysia’s financial regulations.
  • Singapore Tax Compliance: Manage corporate tax, GST filings, and regulatory submissions in Singapore.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Cash Flow & Investment Management: Monitor company assets, cash flow, and financial risks to support business growth.

Building & Asset Management

  • Property & Facility Management: Supervise company-owned assets, ensuring proper maintenance and cost efficiency.
  • Procurement & Vendor Negotiations: Manage financial aspects of supplier contracts and capital expenditures.
  • Compliance & Safety Regulations: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for asset management.

Leadership & Confidentiality

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide insights to the CEO and senior management on financial strategies.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Work closely with teams in Singapore and Malaysia to optimize financial operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field/CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in financial leadership roles. Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s tax system (corporate tax, GST, regulatory filings).
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, Oracle, or other accounting software).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel to Singapore when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
