  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position:

To be responsible in supporting the Head of Training in the development and delivery of training activities & programs specifically for the skincare axis. This role seeks to promote our brand image and value of skincare expertise and client services at all times.

Job responsibilities

  • Delivery of brand training, development activities/ program, maintaining training effectiveness in meeting the brand values and standards.
  • Prepare learning materials through enhancement and customization of Central training programs to meet the local demand and needs.
  • Conduct training on skincare services and treatment techniques.
  • Work in partnership for content creation, editing and telling stories through videos to engage with learners specifically for digital learning
  • Roll out onboarding training program for new joiner and follow-up with coaching at the POS.
  • Execution of upskilling certification for existing BC and skincare team, conducting regular coaching for improvement of skincare performance.
  • Monitor and organize field coaching ensuring each Beauty Consultants continues to apply the training information and skills on the field
  • Proactively contribute to requirements from Regional/ Global on consolidation, evaluation analysis and reporting or updates on training programs.

Profile:

  • University graduate or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ beauty working experience in delivery of training & development
  • Professional certificate – CIDESCO, CIBTAC will be an added advantage.
  • Luxury beauty experience is preferred
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people.
  • Good communication skills, presentation/ facilitation skills
  • Digitally savvy (e-learning platforms, social media)
  • Self-motivated, Result oriented, Creative mindset, Multiplayer
  • Team Player with a positive attitude.
  • Pro-active, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
