Hands on experience on Webex Meetings.Design and providing solutions to HCS environment for end-to-end collaboration deployment.Troubleshooting on the third-party integrations like VOSS-4UC, E-Gain products.
Creating tailored architecture to customers for third party integrations.
Troubleshooting Video and Voice related issue for Telepresence Calls.
Troubleshooting and configuration on CUCM, IMP, Unity Connection, UCCX and Gateways.
Configuration and solving issues related to CUCM, TMS, TPS, Conductor, CMS and Telepresence endpoints to enable voice and video calling.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Mobile and Remote Access on Expressway-Core, Expressway-Edge, CUCM and DNS Servers.
Configuration and Troubleshooting for Cisco Telepresence Immersive and Non-Immersive devices to enable telepresence call capability.
