
Personal Assistant Cum Admin
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
· Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to adapt to new tasks
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· A degree or relevant qualification is a plus
· Provide administrative support to senior management
· Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
· Handle day-to-day office tasks, including document preparation and filing
· Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
· Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries promptly
· Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
· Assist with personal tasks as required
· Prepare reports and presentations as needed
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned
