- Language Proficiency – Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
- Educational Requirement – Minimum Diploma or higher.
- Work Experience – At least 1 year in telesales or 6 months in freight forwarding.
- Industry Knowledge – Preferably experienced in logistics, including sea freight, air freight, contract logistics, and overland transportation.
- Sales Background – Advantageous for the role.
