Job Description Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies. Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies. Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results. Job Requirements Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in market development, business development, and drive revenue growth. Exposure in Building Construction/Power Transmission/Power Transformation/Energy/Solar Energy/Wire and Cable/Electrotechnology/Electrical Engineering industry is strongly preferred. Familiar with market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Priority will be given to those with relevant market customer resources.
