Good knowledge in SAP HCM configuration (inclusive Payroll) with good analytical skills. 3. Must have at least 4-7 years of work experience and 3-4 years of SAP experience HR. 4. Having cross integration knowledge is an added advantage Others: 1. Flexible and able to travel to Client's location (within or outside Malaysia) 2. Able to work and influence stakeholders to ensure proper resolutions to incident tickets/enhancements. 3. Ability to generate improvement ideas to business process, procedures, and solutions . 4. Could be required to work on more than 1 project/task in parallel and can prioritize and deliver successfully 5. Certified in SAP HCM will be an added advantage. 6. Having ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
