Job Description: Cloud Application Tenant Success Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for our cloud application tenants. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction through effective communication, support, and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tenant adoption and usage of cloud applications. Cloud Platform Financial Operations Management: Support financial aspects of our cloud platform including budgeting, billing, cost monitoring, and optimisation efforts. Analyse cost trends and recommend strategies to optimize cloud spending while maintaining service levels. Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting related to cloud services. Cloud Platform Operations and Administration: Facilitate change management processes related to cloud platform services. Communicate changes, updates, and enhancements to stakeholders and end users. Develop and conduct training sessions to educate users on new services or processes. Monitor and maintain the operational health of cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance. Facilitation of Strategic Meetings: Lead strategic meetings with stakeholders to discuss cloud platform planning initiatives, operational improvements, and financial management Drive productive discussions and ensure follow-up on key decisions and action items. Collaborate with team members to organize meeting logistics and preparing necessary materials. Pre-requisites: The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent). Knowledge or certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Demonstrates responsibility, conscientiousness, resourcefulness, independence, responsiveness, and proactivity. Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in project coordination, billing support and/or budget management support. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK FOR BUSINESS ANALYST B AND C Product Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise common cloud services based on organisational needs and strategic objectives. Develop product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and release schedules for common services. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing common cloud offerings. Product Delivery, Implementation, and Testing: Lead the implementation and deployment of common cloud services, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals. Plan and execute testing phases to validate functionality, performance, and security of deployed services. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and security to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. Manage product releases and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users. Product Management and Optimisation: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics of common cloud services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement strategies to enhance service reliability, scalability, and costeffectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding common cloud services, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns. Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners/vendors involved in the delivery and support of common services. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management on the performance and strategic direction of common cloud services. Pre-requisites: The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent). Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with proven contribution to commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous. Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language. Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels. Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and confidence in coaching junior staff. Responsible, conscientious, resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, and/or business consulting support.
