  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify needs, and resolve issues.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure service and product offerings align with client expectations.

    Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and prospects.
    • Create and implement strategies to expand the company's footprint within client organizations.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, sales strategies, and solutions.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales growth for existing accounts.

      Strategic Planning:

      • Analyze client business needs and recommend customized solutions to drive growth.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and product offerings.
      • Identify trends, market shifts, and new opportunities to improve client relations and grow revenue.

        Sales and Revenue Growth:

        • Negotiate and close agreements with key clients, ensuring profitable margins and long-term relationships.
        • Monitor performance metrics and ensure revenue targets for key accounts are achieved.
        • Develop pricing strategies and cross-sell/up-sell products or services to enhance client portfolios.

          Collaboration and Reporting:

          • Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure alignment with client needs and deliverables.
          • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and business development activities.
          • Provide feedback to the product development team on client requirements and market trends.

  • This is the Mandarin speaking position ; proficiency in verbal and written in Chinese and English is a MUST
  • Degree holder majoring in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relation, New Media, or related disciplines is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
